Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SecureGlobal Labs website at https://securegloballabs.com and the products, services and features made available by SecureGlobal Technology through SecureGlobal Labs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SecureGlobal Labs is the product and technology studio of SecureGlobal Technology. SecureGlobal Technology is the operator behind SecureGlobal Labs and the Services. In these Terms, "SecureGlobal", "we", "our" and "us" refer to SecureGlobal Technology in connection with the operation of SecureGlobal Labs and the Services.

These Terms apply to the SecureGlobal Labs website and to SecureGlobal products and services that are made available and subject to these Terms. SecureGlobal operates both AI-powered software services and AI-assisted shopping and physical-goods services. The products available and their features may change over time.

As of the date of these Terms, the following SecureGlobal products are available:

• BeyondTeamAI — an autonomous growth system that discovers opportunities, creates content, publishes and learns from performance. See https://beyondteamai.com.
• ImportAI — an AI-assisted global shopping service that helps users search, compare and purchase products across global marketplaces through one intelligent shopping experience. See https://useimportai.com.

Product-specific terms, where they exist, apply as described below.

SecureGlobal is also developing additional products, including RevenueLoop and SilkLooks. These products are in development and are not currently offered for purchase or use unless and until SecureGlobal expressly makes them available. These Terms will apply to a product once it is offered, together with any product-specific terms that apply at that time.

An individual product may have additional product-specific terms, policies or disclosures ("Product-Specific Terms"). Where available, Product-Specific Terms form part of the contractual framework for that product.

If Product-Specific Terms address a product-specific matter differently from these master Terms, the Product-Specific Terms govern that specific matter to the extent necessary, subject to applicable law. Product-Specific Terms do not override rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

BeyondTeamAI is covered by these master Terms. BeyondTeamAI has product-specific Terms that supplement these master Terms. Where the BeyondTeamAI Terms address a BeyondTeamAI-specific matter differently from these master Terms, those product-specific terms govern that matter to the extent necessary, subject to applicable law.

You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with SecureGlobal under the law that applies to you. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

The Services are not intended for children acting independently where they lack the legal capacity to enter into the applicable transaction. Where legally permitted, a parent or guardian may need to be involved.

Some products or features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

SecureGlobal products use artificial intelligence and automated systems. These systems may process your inputs and generate recommendations, content, analyses or other outputs. AI systems can be probabilistic and may produce results that are incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected. AI features are tools that support your decisions and are not a substitute for your own judgement.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors or omissions. Unless a product expressly states otherwise, AI outputs do not create guarantees, warranties or commitments about accuracy, completeness, suitability, availability, pricing or outcomes. You should not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs before relying on them or taking consequential action, including publishing content, making purchases or entering into commitments. Some products may include human approval, confirmation or review steps; where they do, you agree to use them appropriately.

For software and software-as-a-service products such as BeyondTeamAI, SecureGlobal may provide access to features and functionality. These may involve accounts, connected third-party platforms, user-provided content or data, and actions initiated through the service.

Where a software product relies on third-party platforms or APIs, their availability and terms may affect the service. The specific features, integrations, plans and capabilities of each software product are those described within that product.

For AI-assisted shopping and physical-goods products such as ImportAI, SecureGlobal may help users search and compare products and facilitate the purchase or procurement of goods from third-party marketplaces, sellers, procurement providers, warehouses and logistics or shipping providers. These transactions can involve international shipping and goods that are subject to availability and change.

Detailed product-specific matters are governed by the applicable Product-Specific Terms.

The Services may interoperate with, link to, or rely on third-party platforms, marketplaces, sellers, payment processors, infrastructure and AI or other service providers. Third parties are responsible for their own services, content, terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.

SecureGlobal products may use third-party payment processors. Applicable prices and fees are presented through the relevant product before you complete a purchase. Payment terms may differ between products.

Where a product offers recurring or subscription charges, those charges apply only where the product expressly offers them. Where a product facilitates the purchase of physical goods, charges relate to that transaction as described by the product and any Product-Specific Terms. Additional payment rules may be set out in Product-Specific Terms.

Fees, prices, currencies, taxes and other charges, where applicable, are those presented through the relevant product at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future purchases or renewal periods. Pricing for a specific product is governed by that product and any applicable Product-Specific Terms.

Where a product is offered on a subscription basis, the applicable billing interval and amount are displayed before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew according to the interval disclosed unless cancelled.

Where a product or its payment provider makes cancellation controls available, you may cancel to stop future renewal in accordance with those controls. Unless the applicable product terms state otherwise, access may continue through the end of the period you have paid for. Product-specific billing and cancellation rules prevail for that product to the extent of any difference.

Where a product facilitates physical-goods transactions, goods may be supplied by third-party sellers and may involve procurement, warehousing, international shipping and customs processes. Availability, delivery timelines and costs may change. Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the transaction. Product-Specific Terms may set out additional rules for these transactions.

Product-Specific Terms, such as the ImportAI Refund & Cancellation Policy at https://useimportai.com/refunds, govern detailed product-specific matters. Nothing in these Terms or the Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Services, including the SecureGlobal Labs website and its content, text, graphics, logos, software and product branding, are owned by SecureGlobal Technology or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

Where a product allows you to submit content, data, prompts or other inputs, you retain your rights in that material. You grant SecureGlobal a limited right to process your inputs as necessary to provide and operate the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Product-Specific Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to submit your inputs and that they do not infringe the rights of others.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and any Product-Specific Terms. You must not use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair them, interfere with the use of the Services by others, or violate any applicable law.

You must not use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems;
• misuse, disrupt or interfere with the Services or third-party platforms;
• facilitate fraud, or purchase goods or services that are unlawful or restricted.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features or products, and may perform maintenance, at any time. Services may be unavailable from time to time, including due to third-party dependencies. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, terms or practices of linked third parties.

Except as expressly stated or required by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and SecureGlobal makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy or fitness of the Services. This section does not exclude any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SecureGlobal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services. This includes matters relating to third-party platforms and providers, third-party goods and sellers, and AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs.

Where liability cannot lawfully be limited, this section does not apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including, where prohibited, liability for fraud, gross negligence or mandatory statutory obligations.

Nothing in these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, or any Product-Specific Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or protection you have under mandatory applicable consumer or other law. Product-Specific Terms cannot override mandatory law. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, any Product-Specific Terms or applicable law, or where necessary to protect the Services or others. You may stop using the Services at any time. Where a product offers account controls, you may close your account in accordance with those controls. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights, remedies or forum protections available to you under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
